This policy explains how DocChase uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and app.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. We also use local storage and similar browser technologies.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Authentication session, CSRF protection, load balancing. The service does not work without these.
Functional
Remembering your theme, sidebar state, and recent workspace.
Analytics
Aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which features are used. No cross-site tracking. No advertising cookies.
3. Third-party cookies
Limited third parties set cookies on our domain to deliver their service: our authentication provider, our payment processor (only on billing pages), and our error monitoring tool.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login and uploads.
5. Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
6. Updates
We will update this page if we add or remove cookie categories.
